My daughter, who is 20, came into this dealership looking at a car and thinking she could get cheaper payments. Instead of this dealership helping her they took advantage of her! She worked very hard for the vehicle she was in and had a great interest rate. She is now in a vehicle with very high mileage and paying more than she was prior. I went into the dealership the very next morning with my daughter to explain the mistake she realized she did and Brandon Christensen was of zero help and very rude. I tried to explain her mistake and he said there was nothing they will do. I also offered to buy back her car and yet he still would not help. Yes she made a huge mistake and she is quite aware of it but they have to have some sympathy for a kid and explain it was not a good deal. Instead they took her for everything. They are in it to make a sale and not help. I hope Brandon and Todd are happy making money off of innocent people that had no idea what they were doing. I know they could have turned this around and gave her back her original car but instead they want to screw young people for money they do not have to begin with. Other dealerships want to satisfy their customers and will give back their original vehicle within a few days. I am a single mom and struggled raising my kids and she thought she was doing something good . She thought she was saving money. Thanks for screwing my family. More
