Nick promptly got back to me and worked with me and my very hectic work schedule to make time to meet with me for a test drive. I was very comfortable from the start not feeling pressured at all and he and Dmitri answered all of my questions and understood my worries of purchasing a used vehicle. Dmitri and Nick were not only kind and caring but worked with me in making sure that the car I purchased was serviced thoroughly and met the needs of what I expected a used car to be coming from a dealership instead of buying for sale by owner.
