Unpleasant I was scheduled with a new adviser for the recent service. No ill feeling, and in fact the new adviser rendered good customer services but I was not c I was scheduled with a new adviser for the recent service. No ill feeling, and in fact the new adviser rendered good customer services but I was not comfortable working with someone whom I am not familiar with. The car services seemed fine, but when I got back my car on Wednesday I found the odometer was reset to zero. Why? Yesterday when I brought my car to fill up, I found the rubber strap that links the cap to the gas tank was broken. Why? Why did you access the gas tank when I did not complain of any problem with it. You damaged my car while repairing it. This past experience was unpleasant and unsatisfactory. However, I want to express my appreciation to Keven for being an excellent adviser in the previous years. More

Nanika was awesome from start to finish. I have never worked with a dealership rep who was as knowledgeable of the car (Atlas) as she is. She alone was worth the drive from start to finish. Coolant light came on on my little EOS, which made me nervous, especially the big puddle I saw on the garage floor! Got an appointment right away, Thomas explained what needed to be done, and the costs so I wouldn't be in for any major surprises. From the moment I dropped off the car, the entire process was smooth and professional. Someone comes to take my car, confirms my appointment on the TV display and tells me who will help me with the service. No waiting in some grease soaked chair at dingy repair shops. Thomas followed up with a text telling me how to contact him if I had any questions. Promised the car at a certain date/time, and I got it sooner than expected. It's running happily once more. Great experience! More
