I was very disappointed with the lack of respect and customer service that I received from Sean. I was getting a recall performed on my vehicle. I arrived and checked in at approximately 8:45am. When I returned back to the service department, Sean told me that my car is ready to go, and he will come back and get me in 5 minutes to close me out. After waiting for Sean for at least an hour, I went to look for him. I asked another employee has he seen Sean, and he said Sean had left for the rest of the day about an hour ago. That employee was very apologetic and surprised that I was left unattended. I am extremely disappointed with the service Dirito Brothers. More

I brought my car to Service because the light came on tell me that my Front assist breaks not available so I need to find out what that was all about. I also wanted to have my Brakes checked because They tell me that my Front assist breaks not available so I need to find out what that was all about. I also wanted to have my Brakes checked because They have been a strange noise when I Apply brakes so I want to find out if they were going. As far as I can tell, they were never checked they were no mention of them in the final report that they gave me, and there was nothing mentioned about the brakes and there was nothing in their system when I asked them see if they’ve been checked and they had nothing in there. At that point, I was told by the supervisor the service supervisor was in my account, but he would call me the next day and find out anything you could find out he never called. More
