First lease Nanika was very responsive and professional from the beginning. She listened and got me exactly what I wanted for the price I was looking for. From in Nanika was very responsive and professional from the beginning. She listened and got me exactly what I wanted for the price I was looking for. From initial contact to me driving away from the dealership, less than 24 hrs. I was not too happy with the Finance experience, trying to up-sell me into a lease protection plan. I felt like it was a scare tactic and the info provided lacked integrity. Upon lease return, a 3rd party inspector will “nit pick” everything. Most likely I would be responsible for replacing the tires @$1000 a set, front end chips and scratches would be my responsibility. Upon lease return, this will be a 3 yr old “VW” and they are expecting something in “mint” condition, I don’t think so. More
