10/10 customer service and accommodation. Diego was extremely helpful in my visit yesterday. To be honest, I wasn’t the worlds easiest customer. I was extremely picky about the car I wanted, e Diego was extremely helpful in my visit yesterday. To be honest, I wasn’t the worlds easiest customer. I was extremely picky about the car I wanted, even though it was slightly out of my price range. And I was on a strict time limit for a gig I had in the evening. Diego showed me 5 or 6 other models that were below or at my target price range, which I politely and persistently declined. So Diego said “Alright, let’s make this happen then.” He worked very hard to get me a rate I could afford and I drove away in my dream car and made it to the gig on time. Absoulte 10/10 experience. I wish I could remember his name too, but the gentleman that helped me sign all the paperwork was on fire. I’ve never seen paper move so fast! I don't feel that you constantly asking for my input to surveys after I pay to service my car shows very much appreciation for your customers. Enough with the surveys already. I got the email with the survey, a phone call asking was I satisfied and I got a text asking me to complete the survey. I spent more time dealing with all this than I spent at the dealership. More
