I made my appointment to have a seat belt repaired very easily and quickly over the phone. I brought my car to the service center and was greeted by a friendly employee who gave me clear instructions of where I needed to go next. Once inside, I was pleasantly greeted by Kevin who competently explained what was required to fix my car. Over the next two days, I received timely updates on when the car would be ready for pick-up.
