Disappointing experience I recently bought a pre-owned Audi here. I asked on several occasions if the car had any known issues and was ensured that the car has gone through a I recently bought a pre-owned Audi here. I asked on several occasions if the car had any known issues and was ensured that the car has gone through a thorough check and everything looks ok. Hearing that from a trusted Volkswagen dealership made me feel at ease and buy the car. A week later I brought the car to an Audi dealership because the AC never worked. The Audi dealership did let me know that the car is leaking cooling fluid and engine oil. The water pump needs to be replaced and the engine needs new sealing + potential other fixes (Price quote: upwards of $2000). After asking the Audi service person if this was an obvious issue, they assured me that there was a lot of oil underneath the engine and that an inspection should have uncovered this easily. More
