Oscar did a great job of listening to what my wife wanted, did not try and sell us something she didn't, and lead us through the process literally all the way out the door. He was prepared, patient, and diligent in his follow-up. Dealing with the Finance Manager was likewise a seamless, efficient experience. Thank you Sterling. To be clear, our interactions with Oscar and Sterling rate 5-star. My only recommendation is for MANAGEMENT of this dealership: having only 1 Finance Manager on duty on a weekend is (in our opinion) short sighted. When I'm ready to hand you payment for the car I want to purchase, there should not be excessive waiting for your Finance group to take my check. We were unable to pick up our car during the initial (scheduled) visit, and had to come back several days later because you only had 1 Finance Manager working at the time. That just should not happen, especially when you know that a client is coming in to close a deal. Still, overall we would definitely recommend working with Dirito Brothers. Ask for Oscar ! More
