Sean was very friendly, and took note of my complaint when I dropped my car for a service/parts. Sean is not listed in the service dept below. I would have given a 5 star rating if they washed my car. I spent over $2,400 and had to rent a car since it was going to be there for over 4 days. Excellent Service!! I came in for shocks and struts but a day before I brought the car in my diesel filter light came on. Service called me to let me know my fans were not allowing the temp to cool enough fo day before I brought the car in my diesel filter light came on. Service called me to let me know my fans were not allowing the temp to cool enough for my filter to be regenerated. He called headquarters and got the fans covered under the diesel warranty. This saved me a good amount of money, and I greatly appreciate the help from Tim Luong. I highly recommend working with Tim on any of your VW needs. More
