Always a clean, friendly environment when I come in. They go over what is "needed" based on the car and mileage and then suggest other services that I might consider. Took the tire rotation this time They go over what is "needed" based on the car and mileage and then suggest other services that I might consider. Took the tire rotation this time as that's always a good thing to have done every 5000 miles or so. I enjoy my experience with the Service crew. But, then I had to "log in" to post my review, sigh. I won't change the rating of the Service crew, but this survey is not going to happen again, too much "stuff" to jump through. More

Marina was awesome. Customer service is easy when everything goes well. However, when I picked up my vehicle and I got home the infotainment system had not been fully programmed. I contacted Marina a everything goes well. However, when I picked up my vehicle and I got home the infotainment system had not been fully programmed. I contacted Marina and she was able to get me in the next time I was available and got the problem solved. She performed in the crunch.
