I made an appointment in advance by phone, but when I came in they did not have a record of the appointment. But they were courteous and still fit me in. They used to wash the car, but it’s no longer o came in they did not have a record of the appointment. But they were courteous and still fit me in. They used to wash the car, but it’s no longer offered because they say the city requires water recycling. Car wash is only a few bucks, so they could take it to the nearest one just a block away. I feel washing car should be part of a regular maintenance service, for which I paid $$$ More

The service writer was polite,but he did not ask if I wanted the scheduled service he just put on the invoice that I refused it. I did not even know there was a scheduled service.
