But of course when I go to pick up the car, the techs who worked on my car are not in, so there's no way for me to speak with them about why the A/C problem wasn't even checked out. More
Kevin in the service department went above and beyond! He actually drove to another dealership to pick up the part that was needed so that my car could be finished earlier than anticipated. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because whoever replaced the alternator was obviously smoking while fixing the car and the clocks were not reset z in a VW hard to figure out how to reset the clocks so it’s a bit of a pain. Otherwise the service was fantastic! More

Not having a good experience. Customer service wise I had great customer service from Tim. I brought my car in for an initial oil leak. Spent a lot of money to fix it. I broke down the same day I picked it u great customer service from Tim. I brought my car in for an initial oil leak. Spent a lot of money to fix it. I broke down the same day I picked it up and had it towed back in. They fixed it. Now a week and a half later I'm having to bring my car back in because my car has a large amount of oil leaking from it. Something obviously was not fixed correctly. Tim has made this experience a little less stressful by providing great customer service. Depending on how this is handled tommorrow I may give a better rating. More

Excellent Service But Substandard Vehicle Clean-Up Marina was, as she has always been, fantastic in arranging for the service of my car, from receiving the tow, to a quick turnaround time, to keeping m Marina was, as she has always been, fantastic in arranging for the service of my car, from receiving the tow, to a quick turnaround time, to keeping me informed of the diagnostic findings and the necessary and recommended actions. For the latter, it included the cleaning of carbon sludge from the intake system--which was performed. Disappointingly, upon arriving home I noticed considerable amounts of carbon deposits splattered on the grille, front bumper and fenders of my car's white exterior. While I understand that there are cleaning limitations due to the Covid-19 situation, I do not expect to find evidence of the (internal) services performed displayed on the car's exterior. It leads one to think that if highly visible and easy-to-remedy sloppiness on a car's exterior is not addressed, what other shortcomings are present that the customer cannot see? Five stars for Marina's service, three stars for the lack of follow-through and cleanup on the part of the technician. I've enjoyed 5+ years of excellent service with Marina at Dirito Brothers and I'm optimistic that future visits will see this latest quality control issue fully rectified. More
Great service but no vehicle sanitizing Kevin was great in getting me checked in for my service. Car was done on time. I was kind of surprised the car was not sanitized before returning it to me. There was a sanitizing station at the pickup area, and I was asked to give them 30 minutes to prep the car for pickup, but when I got there a service guy just drove up, no gloves, no cleaning, and handed the keys to me. In this time of COVID-19 I was expecting a bit more care, or at least a wipe down of the steering wheel. All in all, I have always had a great experience at Dirito Bros. More
