First, small service (10,000 mile service performed at 5,200 based on insistent warning light and date of manufacture) plus recall software update. Easy check in, car was ready on-time. Service department said they would look into an issue. Said the car won’t be fixed as they need to look into other parts. THREE days of no car and I hadn’t heard anything. I ask the and they say sorry we actually can’t do different parts. Ok, so I had to contact them after 3 days because they forgot. I pursued the issue and am told he was new and didn’t know. Somehow this was totally acceptable as all I got after this time was an apology that he was new. Totally insane. I was talking to someone about buying a new car here and decided to head over to Honda instead after this. I am still pursuing this issue up the chain as this incompetence just blew me away. Be wary of getting service done as new employees aren’t held to any standard here. My dealer, Gus, was amazing when I purchased the car and I had thought I found my new dealership. The service department is what drove me away, and I will never recommend another person to deal with this. More

I take my CC to Diritto Bros for service because they know their products and I trust them to do the work properly. I could take it to a different mechanic who may be just as good, but then again may no know their products and I trust them to do the work properly. I could take it to a different mechanic who may be just as good, but then again may not be. Why take chances ? More
