Due to good ol’ COVID-19, I didn’t think I had a hope of getting my car running again, at least not anytime soon. The parts needed had to come from the manufacture in Italy, which wasn’t running because of getting my car running again, at least not anytime soon. The parts needed had to come from the manufacture in Italy, which wasn’t running because of the Global pandemic. The factory in Germany didn’t have any in stock. There was no way that Marina could give me a firm date on when I would have my car back due to all of these things that were out of our control. Marina was able to assist me in obtaining alternate transportation that worked for my family in the mean time. She kept me updated as she received information and when the parts did arrive, my car was ready to go at the time she told me it would be, and the process was very clean, calm and comfortable. I have always had great service at this facility and this was just another example of the top notch customer service the staff strives to provide. More

It was left outdoors and was pretty dirty when I picked it up. Before leaving my car for service I always detail it. I dropped it off clean and got it back dirty. Someone drove through dirty water and splashed the sides of the car. Also there were 53 miles on it when I picked it up. Radio was left where the driver was listening to it. Cruise control was on and seat was where they left it too. Reminds me of a time when a dealership commuted in a past car of mine for a week while they waited for parts. More
