I was trying to avoid this survey because I was not happy with the last service call. There was adblue diesel additive spilled down the side when I picked up the car. This dealer had to fix what another dealer broke for me and did it in a fraction compelled to in this case as the service i received was exceptional. Meets the need Keeping in mind there is a pandemic going on...I found the appointment scheduling inflexible as I wanted to wait for a battery replacement thinking it Keeping in mind there is a pandemic going on...I found the appointment scheduling inflexible as I wanted to wait for a battery replacement thinking it was a quick service. I was told that it would be a 2-3 hours service job. which was not practical with the pandemic situation to wait. Realizing that a shuttle ride is offered online, but not something I wanted with the current situation. When I arrived no one was in the bay. I called the service dept to ask to speak to my service person assigned as I did not know the protocal with the pandemic. In general, our communications styles are different and I didn't feel like I got the customer service I would hope for as though I was resolving all issues that I had regarding the service and price. I feel the price of a battery replacment is exorbiant. I would have liked to have seen a few more vitual modes in place like payment and signing of documents which can all be done today electronically to reduce contact, but realizing everyone is working to get up to speed with the rapidly changing conditions. Overall, the job got done and I am appreciative that you have services open. Stay well. More
