Very difficult to find Saab service with the proper equipment. Team diagnosed the problem and replace computer part. The cost was expensive but no comps since nobody else could do the work. Good service department; had an oil leak requiring inspection and turned out to be the drain plug. Had oil dropped, fresh oil, filter and new plug installed = no more oil leakage. Make sure you always inspection and turned out to be the drain plug. Had oil dropped, fresh oil, filter and new plug installed = no more oil leakage. Make sure you always get one of those plastic plugs for your oil changes; don’t reuse...not reusable! More

Shannon was very helpful!!! The check engine light kept coming on and I had to bring my car in 3 times. Shannon got a car for me to drive two times, helping me unload my things The check engine light kept coming on and I had to bring my car in 3 times.
