I called towards the end of the day inquiring about my vehicle, for about five minutes they tried convincing me I hadn’t taken it in. Finally I got on the phone with Tim, and he made the situation as best as possible. He was sensitive to my weekend obligations, took liberty of giving me a rental, and really tried to make up for the mistake they had made. All in all, I would have been extremely disappointed, but Tim saved the day. More

Great service but not happy with my car Danny and the service provided was excellent, however, I’ve been to the service a LOT more with the Passat lease due to tire pressure light. I’ve had Danny and the service provided was excellent, however, I’ve been to the service a LOT more with the Passat lease due to tire pressure light. I’ve had to replace the tires a couple of times and it becomes expensive. Didn’t have this problem with my other leased cars. The problem always seems to be that the tire can’t be repaired which would be cheaper it’s always a tires that can’t be repaired and needs replacement. More

60,000 mile service Everything was fine. I would only add that I was offered Lyft as a shuttle service, but I declined and Bill drove the shuttle van and gave me rides ho Everything was fine. Many women including myself won’t get into a Lyft or Uber alone (because common sense). I know the service costs there are higher than other places I can choose, but I choose Dirito in part because of the shuttle service. If that goes away, it will affect my choice of service provider.
