My Passat 30k service was excellent I used the website to schedule my service and was hi happily surprised to find a late appointment. Jonas did an outstanding job of checking me in and I used the website to schedule my service and was hi happily surprised to find a late appointment. Jonas did an outstanding job of checking me in and made a detailed search to see if my car had any recalls. Later, I returned to see if my car was ready and Jonas made the extra effort to go back into the service area to check on the progress. I will be sure to return to Dirito for my next service More
