Marina, my service tech was outstanding at getting my 2015 Golf TDI issues fixed! I had attempted a repair using a Lafayette Independent repair shop, but they weee unable to correctly diagnose the probl 2015 Golf TDI issues fixed! I had attempted a repair using a Lafayette Independent repair shop, but they weee unable to correctly diagnose the problem- Car was stuttering at 2000 rpm and the tach would become erratic. Dirito Bros. Expert diesel tech figured out the problem was multi fold- a faulty speed sensor was part of the problem( not covered on warranty) but a serious problem existed with the fuel pump and fuel system lines that WAS covered under my extended warranty! The total repair cost was quite reasonable in light of the huge amount of work to fix the issues- this was made possible by Marina getting the warranty work paid by Volkswagon! Honestly, the car now has just about the same pep and fuel economy as the day I drove it off the lot when it was new! Bravo to Marina, Your Diesel Tech and the team at Dorito Bros. for making me a delighted customer!!! More

The service manager was rude, dismissive, condescending and generally difficult to deal with.
