Greetings, I was very disappointed when I brought my new car, last Friday, for a scheduled, free service to your dealership. I had two prepaid services when I bought the car. My car has 6,000 miles on. I was refused to have it done for free and was forced to pay for it. On top of it, I found some missing piece (a screw on cap) in my cup holder yesterday (attached). Where is it missing??? I sent the note below to the services adviser I dealt with Kevin Hubert. I was having a scheduled service done on my Black, 2022 VW Tiguan last Friday, 9-8-202. This was supposed to be one of the FREE services that were prepaid when I bought the car in cash in February this year. You gave me some lame excuse that I have to wait till my car has 10,000 miles. I have also a Mercedes and we always owned Lexuses. I never wait until 10,000 miles between oil changes. It is my choice to have it done earlier. Who are you or anyone in the dealership to tell me when I change oil in the car I own. Mercedes or Lexus have never done that. It was supposed to be free that that is all you need to know. Your goal has to be your customer satisfaction - period. On top of it, I found in my cupholder this cap from something (attached picture). What did you forget to put back it. LET ME KNOW. I am very unhappy with your substandard service, and I am sure that I will tell everyone I know. Please send me a contact information for your general manager.
