I was told that the $375 to assess my AC would be applied to the repair. They thought it needed to be charged, so they applied the $375 to that. It took 3 more visits for them to realize that it actually nee to the repair. They thought it needed to be charged, so they applied the $375 to that. It took 3 more visits for them to realize that it actually needed a new hose. They refused to apply the $375 at that point because it took them so long to figure it out.
