I tried calling as asked by the general manager and left a message. My car was in the shop for about 2 weeks. During that time I didn’t get any updates on my car until the day it was ready. I understand that my service advisor was out on leave but I spoke to the other 3 service advisors who each told me they needed to speak to the technician and will call me back. I didn’t get a call back by any of those service advisors. When my service advisor returned he called me to say my car was ready to be picked up. I am physician that takes call and need a reliable car to get to the hospital.
