Oil change was fine. Tires checked and rotated completly flat tire now that was losing air prior to my appt. Tire sensor was not reset so all tires are reading in different locations for the 2nd time when rotated by Buick. I actually like them, love Doug, but as a single mother this was a disservice to me and now I have to catch a ride to work tomorrow? Why wasn't this caught at my appt, oh yeah it was the end of the day appt? Also wanted 25 point check for extra charge but that was sent and ticket was closed and consent couldn't pay for it but signed and hit send to get it, this should be sent prior to checkout and offered another day at same price if end of the day appt is the reasoning for poor service. More

First of all, I live very close to Roger Dean Chevrolet. Call them talk to their service department. All I could get out of them was make an appointment to have the diagnostics done. I already knew what was Call them talk to their service department. All I could get out of them was make an appointment to have the diagnostics done. I already knew what was wrong according to a TSB and that’s what I wanted repaired in a price. So I called Dixie. I’ve never been there before and the Service gentleman that I spoke to very knowledgeable of the TSB was able to give me an approximate price over the phone and told me I could get in in a day or two not a week and a half like the other Dealer upon arrival I was met with smiling faces and gentlemen in the service department that were able to speak and have a nice conversation with everyone they were able to get the Caryn recommended a couple of other maintenance things to do while they were doing this transmission flush to take care of the shuttering and I agreed to have that done and they also got all of that work done in a very quick amount of time I was able to speak with the technician that worked on my truck very nice gentleman very very knowledgeable and explained everything to a T that he did also one thing that I noticed, he sprayed Cleaner on every part of the bottom of the car he worked on and wiped it off not just once but twice I was super impressed with that. Also spoke to a young lady named Pamela up in the front. She was also very very nice and made my visit to your dealership. Wonderful. I will be sharing your name with everybody. I know that has a GM product and sending them your way. Thank you very much. My service advisor was Doug which you already know he’s about the kindest man around, represents your company very very well More
