I had an excellent experience working with Jess at the Dixie dealership. She was patient, helpful, and really through looking over every detail without rushing or pushing anything on me. The dealership doesn’t seem to have enough staff to handle the workload of vehicles. It is difficult to get up-to-date communications. It is frustrating that a repeated problem like I had still require handle the workload of vehicles. It is difficult to get up-to-date communications. It is frustrating that a repeated problem like I had still requires GMC to have a technician confirm a problem again repeatedly before parts can be ordered. I was told that I would need a loaner for a day so that they could keep my vehicle to analyze it and the dealership ended up keeping my vehicle for a week resulting in a great amount of extra fees from the rental car place. Considering that my problems included a window controller, a gas tank spring pin, and work on the stereo receiver, these are not what I would call major mechanical events. And unfortunately, at the end of that, my truck will still not connect to Apple CarPlay with my phone as it is supposed to do. More
