The dealer knows that my 2018 buick Enclave had a recall on the transmission, and has been in for a tourque converter change. However after driving the car for 10 months the car shudders between 2nd and 3rd on the transmission, and has been in for a tourque converter change. However after driving the car for 10 months the car shudders between 2nd and 3rd shifts when the trans temp is above 140 degrees. Their test driver says that he cannot duplicate the condition. Take the car out on hwy 41 and try and stay with traffic at 140 plus transmission degrees, you will find that the shifting conditions are unacceptable with only 33,000 miles on my Enclave. I went in the dealership as a very very extreme frustrated person. Buying a car is right there was open heart surgery and root canal, now with that sad I was not a happy person. So I talked to the receptionist explained what I was needing the sales person Bob was right there and he could hear what was going on so he picked up right away and went into action. Now when I say action he listened and ask questions to figure out what I was thinking. And he did exactly what I said although in the end it wasn’t what I needed it after all. Mom just that he knew exactly what to do and how to get the job done and he did it. He was so professional informative and available 24 seven for any questions that I had or my daughters. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated. The timeframe that he got things resolved. His knowledge reflected in his workmanship impeccable. Thank you to everyone at Dixie Buick More
