We were taken care of in an hour which was acceptable given the number of people needing service that day. We also had a technology savvy person who helped us with our display screen icons and pairing p given the number of people needing service that day. Experienced a temperature sensor problem in cooling system. Was able to schedule 0730 Monday appointment and waited while sensor was replaced. Service was convenient and efficient.
