They are awesome when you go to buy. They royally drop the ball when it comes to service or making things right. Bought a 2023 gmc 2500 AT4 with 20k miles. Drove it a whopping 7k miles in the past year (purchased Thanksgiving 2024) and in that time it’s been back over 5 times for completely dead and needing replaced batteries. They Cant find the issue. I’m nearing the end of my CPO warranty, so batteries will become an out of pocket expense. I simply cannot afford to be replacing 2 batteries every 2 months. So I voiced my frustration. They said “we will make this right”. Sent me to a sales guy, who thus far has ignored my issues, tried to downgrade me into a Chevy with double the miles (for the same payment), and no one seems to care I’m still without the truck I bought(it’s still in service). I’ll maybe update my review, but tbh, I just want them to buy my truck back and I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money. I get I didn’t buy a 100k brand new truck. But $64,000 is more then I’ve ever spent on a vehicle, and I should be able to expect a little more attention then “well the truck we have has under 100k miles so it isn’t even broken in yet” response to my aversion of a 70k mileage vehicle as a trade to “fix” my 27k vehicle.
