It was easy to make a service appointment on-line. The time I had to wait for service was appropriate. The rep made sure I knew how much the service, and ultimately a new battery, would cost. I have always disliked the initial check-in here and this was no different. It is very confusing to know where to stand in order to be the next in line. Not enough room for customers to stand and wait while the service folk and the reps continually squeeze by us while waiting on others. Also, it will seem as though a rep is free to work on the next person but they will often ignore that person instead of greeting them and explaining they'll be right with them or ask them politely to wait for the next rep. I have never been greeted as I enter even if there are at least a couple reps at the desks and no other customers. I do appreciate your service, though, which is why I haven't gone to another Buick dealer for service. Thank you. More
Dixie towed my car and the tow truck driver destroyed my transmission which had to be rebuilt. The battery was dead and the parking break was locked because of low voltage. The dealership was quite professional, with a nice waiting area. The price was quite a bit higher than I was expecting ($92 on the website; paid ~$116).
