I don’t know if the service center is stressed out but pretty much every time we have been there the atmosphere is without smiles and a comfortable feeling. The parts department is terrific quite the oppo pretty much every time we have been there the atmosphere is without smiles and a comfortable feeling. The parts department is terrific quite the opposite of the others. We’ve dealt with the cashiers a few times and they are very efficient but really seem happier when you go away. We had need for a rental car during a short warranty repair and doing the rental paperwork we were given very little information and learned that we needed to top off the tank before returning (never mentioned we just happened to ask). We were pretty much told “initial here and sign there”. Oh and yeah - go away. More
