Not a good experience. Walked into service center 15 minutes early. There was one gentleman helping another and two others not helping anyone. One was filling in forms on his computer while the other was scrolling on his phone. After about 2 minutes of wondering which would notice I was there, I was finally helped. After an hour and a half and after others that came in after I did for the same thing had already been called away, I submitted an inquiry as to the progress of my vehicle. After running back to check, the service advisor came back and sat down with me with a heavy sigh explaining that one of my tires that has had a slow leak was irreparable and because there were no matches anywhere around, I needed four new tires. My response was abrupt as I was aware of a slow leak and had not had time to investigate it, but was fairly certain the sidewall had not been compromised so I stated I would NOT be purchasing four new tires today and would like photographs of the alleged irreparable puncture. After another 20 minutes, he returned stating that he had been corrected and that there were two punctures in the tread - but they do not plug tires there, they only repair them. I could care less about at that point feeling like my intelligence had been insulted and someone had just tried to swindle me out of the cost of four new tires, so I was eager to leave. I was not asked to pay for the oil change, but the dishonesty still merits a report. More

The appt itself was ok. However my car has been having problems since this recall work was done. It doesn’t appear to be getting gas to the engine correctly. It hesitat However my car has been having problems since this recall work was done. It doesn’t appear to be getting gas to the engine correctly. It hesitates and then zooms forward. Which means I am going to have to bring it back and wait some more. :(. I am ready to dump Buick and get something else. So disappointing. No air added to the tires either. More

Why is the price to get an oil change over $100? That is outrageous. There is no need for the dealerships to increase the pricing over $30 to get an oil change. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and on the morning of my appt we woke up to a flat tire. Had AAA tow the car in to the dealership and they took care of the service and replaced my t and on the morning of my appt we woke up to a flat tire. Had AAA tow the car in to the dealership and they took care of the service and replaced my tire. During the multipoint inspection found that the car was really low on coolant so they kept the car overnight to run some tests to make sure there were no leaks present and the cooling system was holding pressure. Got my car back the next day with a clean bill of health. Glad they caught it before we had any issues. More
