I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Canyon Denali from Dixie Buick GMC and had an outstanding experience working with Rodney and Prisma. From the beginning, Prisma was responsive, professional, and patient as I worked through trade values, financing options, and vehicle details. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions quickly, and made the early stages of the purchase easy to navigate. Rodney was equally impressive. He took the time to understand my situation, worked diligently to secure financing, and was transparent throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt like Rodney and Prisma were genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision for my family. What stood out most was the communication and customer service.
