I have been a GMC customer for almost 40 years and have purchased 16 vehicles all GM products from two dealerships in NJ and Tampa FL. I will continue to get GM products however I will need to look at another dealer. I find the past dealers were more interested in the friendship and cared for the customer instead of the $$. The drop off is good, however the last service visit that I made on the Dixie website and gave me a confirmation email could not be found in there software and had a 2021 that I traded in to Dixie 2 years ago. The service is good but the last 2 service visits I had to reset the Oil Change Reset. The salesman for this vehicle was very nice but the finance area needs work regarding true customer care. I have 1 more year and I may use the purchase option rather than getting a new vehicle at Dixie. More

OnStar sent me a email. I had a fuel issue going on with the truck. I called asked them what that meant. They told me. I said I was leaving town.
