Everyone we dealt with at Dodd RV was pleasant, fair, and genuine. Our insurance company was slow to get them the insurance verification and the Dodd RV staff was very patient even though it was New Year's genuine. This was our 3rd camper/toyhauler and our first new purchase. We had been looking at other dealerships for the last year, locally, and in North Carolina. Even though they were obviously busy, Tina Dew took notice of us looking at a new 27' Grey Wolf Ltd and asked us if we needed any help. And so it began, the most pleasurable buying experience ever. She was most personable and professional at the same time. At closing, a couple weeks later, all of our particulars were addressed with more positive reinforcement from a staff of like minded friendly people. Arnold Smith is pure pleasure to talk to and work with. Terry Miller, the PDI service tech, was most informative and real friendly soul. The parts team was pleasant, too. This had been a long process and we asked plenty of questions and probably aggravated a lot of people but Scott Hudgins and Mike McNeil were always patient and gave us honest answers with no bull. When it came down to the bottom line we got an honest and fair deal. In todays world that is all you can ask for along with the respect everyone has shown us.
