We contacted Dodd at the suggestion of family after having a frustrating experience at another dealership. The number on that quote was the number we signed off on the day we towed our new Keystone Passport home. So refreshing. Dodd beat the prior dealership's price by a large margin, honoring the manufacturer's MSRP instead of inflating it artificially due to demand, and they gave us a family referral discount. Our salesman Scott Hudgins was very accommodating and flexible with us as we worked out our own financing and prepared to drive a few hours for pickup. The onsite visit made us feel safe and welcomed. The employees we interacted with indoors all wore masks or had a physical barrier in front of their desk. Paperwork and pickup were swift, and they had us out the door in a couple of hours (arrival, paperwork, walkthrough, teaching some of the features of our new RV we weren't familiar with, shopping for accessories in the store, and departure). Overall we enjoyed our experience at Dodd more than anywhere else we shopped, and we intend to continue visiting as needed, despite the drive. Highly recommended. More
