Bought a used RV from Dodd, sales staff was busy so myself and my wife walked ourselves around the lot to find a camper. A salesperson never came out to talk to us. I found one and went in and felt lik myself and my wife walked ourselves around the lot to find a camper. A salesperson never came out to talk to us. I found one and went in and felt like we were second class customers. I had to call and leave multiple messages with the parts dept before anyone would call me back and still never received an answer other than it was probably a part they just had laying on a shelf. I called the service dept and received the same answer. This was for a replaced outdoor speaker that was not sealed and is not marine rated. Scott called and emailed and made it right by taking care of the issues and providing explanations to the issues. More

Even through a couple of hiccups in this crazy market, he remained positive and helped guide us into a trailer we love. The entire staff was awesome during the closing process and the walk through inspection and training by their service department was incredible. Having read of many nightmares with new trailers not being prepped properly at many other dealerships, I was prepared for the worst.
