The most fun we have had buying a camper ever. We looked at a lot of travel trailers and finally decided a while back to concentrate on the Grand Design line. This is our third camper so we knew basically what we were looking for in a travel trailer. The Grand Design Imagine travel trailers are all so beautifully appointed and realistic in size in reference to spending some quality time in them. We spend most of our camping time outside but really appreciate the comfort of the recliners and full sized queen bed when we are inside. Also the functionality of the kitchen and bath spaces. Our dog loves the large floor area as well. Shane our salesman was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with our many questions. Arnold walked us through the finance process smoothly and quickly and entertained us along the way with some funny and interesting stories. Pete gave us a detailed, thorough walk-thru and jokingly quizzed us at the end. Rob in parts helped us make sure we had everything we needed to camp asap and explained some new things to us which we really appreciated. Best buying experience ever My wife and I have been looking at RV's and attending RV shows for many years. We finally decided to take the plunge, and visited Dodd RV of the Peni My wife and I have been looking at RV's and attending RV shows for many years. We finally decided to take the plunge, and visited Dodd RV of the Peninsula after finding out they carried the Rockwood Hybrids. Scott Hudgins, our salesman, was a real pleasure to work with. He was so patient with us, and took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to help us on the several visits we made. We selected a Rockwood Roo 21SS, and Scott made our experience easy. After we decided, Scott introduced us to Arnold Smith, the finance, and he found us a lender in no time. We came to pick our unit up, and were given a thorough walk through, and felt really comfortable when we left. The parts guy, Rob Eller, was very helpful with answering our questions and assisting us with buying the accessories we needed to make our first trip a success. We love that the Dodd staff all work together so well, and they treated us like family. More
