Arnold led us through the purchasing process with ease, he made what could have been a tedious, tiresome experience into one that was actually enjoyable. Rob, in the parts department,. made some good recommendations to help us make some wise decisions. Tom's instructions and suggestions were invaluable in helping us and making the our first towing event less stressful and worry free. They were as excited about our Solitude as we were! They pride themselves in being a family oriented business and it shows in everything they do. From Scott our sales person, Richard, who led us through the walk through of our new RV and Crystal and Rob in parts, everyone was really helpful. Going the extra mile was shown when our older truck did not have the correct wiring or a brake controller. Due to the horrific storm on Thursday night in our area, some of the service people could not get into work until much later after we were supposed to be on our way home. Without hesitation, Scott offered to keep our truck overnight to add the parts and had William drive us and our new RV to our house! We were blown away by that offer and returned the truck ready to drive home and there were no additional charges. Dodd RV has the customer service culture that most organizations just dream about, They get it! Thanks! More

Tina never rushed us she answered our many questions candidly. We returned to Dodd’s 4 times before we decided to purchase a travel trailer and even then, we changed our mind once on the model. Each time we were treated with respect, no pressure, and smiles. Their no haggle pricing was the icing on the cake for us.
