Michael McNeill and Scott Hudgins were great to work with in the negotiation and purchase of the RV. Scott was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and went the extra mile to make sure we were kept informed of any issues regarding the motor home we were purchasing. He was very helpful and professional! Arnold Smith and Sarah Clevinger did a great job working on all the financial paperwork associated with our purchase and made the process stress free for us on the day we took possession of our motor home. We purchased a used motor home and appreciate all that Dodd RV did in checking over the motor home to ensure everything worked properly, fixing the items that needed attention, making sure it was very clean and appreciate the great job Pete Foertsch did in going over the workings of the motor home with us upon delivery. Pete was very knowledgeable and did a great job answering all of our questions! Rob Eller, parts specialist, made sure we had all the initial supplies we needed to get us started on our new adventure with our motor home. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. February of 2019 my family was ready, we picked the Grand Design 230 RL, was 1/2 ton towable, and perfect fit for our family. I was quite nervous spending money, but the staff took my nervousness in stride, did not dismiss us, and above all we were provided with all the little things I needed transitioning from trailer to a fifth wheel. I live in Goochland County in Richmond, and had no problem driving 101 miles for purchase. I felt uncomfortable with other dealerships closer to home, so my purchase was at Dodd RV. We owed more on it than it was worth but the team at Dodd was more than ready to help us get the RV we wanted for a fair deal. And we honestly couldn't be happier! Arnold was wonderful when it came to talking with the banks and getting us a good rate. And Shane and Greg were always there to answer any and all of our questions related to the models we were considering.
