We live 5 hours from Dodd but having met Shane wondering around on the lot was perfect timing for us. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and fortunately for me Shane and my husband didn't find out that they both favor the same football team. I might have been at the dealership much longer. When our time to buy comes we feel very strongly about buying from Shane. More

Crystal has gone above and beyond to insure our RV issues are being taken care. She is very professional in what she does and we appreciate the fact that she even calls to insure we arrive safely back home - we have a 3 1/2 hour trip to the dealership. Some repairs have already been made and parts are on order and warranty is being researched on others. Crystal is the one that is seeing that all this takes place, for that, we are grateful. More

Robin introduced me the the General Manager Mike and we chatted while several employees entertained my dog Bimmer. The overall experience was awesome! Robin introduced me to the Finance Manager Arnold. Then I went out for Pete to give me my set up orientation,Pete was awesome! When all was done then I meet Mike in parts,Mike gave me suggestions for purchase and even set up my first appointment!. Robin was by my side the whole time to make sure I was taken care of!
