Great second experience like the first! My wife and I bought our first RV at Dodd RV and had a great experience, so when we were ready to move up we went back! Greg Guin was our salesman both times, and he showed us several models and explained the features of each. Our financing took less than 24 hours to obtain and we simply brought in our old RV and traded it with the new. Easy!!! They go over the RV with you and really explain EVERYTHING. How to winterize, de-winterize...everything! This is a TRUE customer service oriented company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More

Scott is very professional, experienced and is a "no pressure kind of guy". He answered all our questions and helped us narrow down the best travel trailer to suit our needs. Arnold Smith in financing got us approved before we even left the dealership. He did a great job when we returned to sign the papers and take delivery. He is very personable and took the time to explain all of the paperwork. The delivery process was seamless. Richard did a great walk thru making sure we understood all the features and how to work each of them. He took his time and made us feel very comfortable getting to know our new RV. Rob in parts helped us pick out some camping essentials. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Overall, I can tell, all of these folks really enjoy their job which makes the buying and taking delivery experience top notch. This is so important whether you are buying a very expensive unit or an entry level unit. They treat the experience and customers all the same. Great Job Team Dodd.....
