Great second experience like the first! My wife and I bought our first RV at Dodd RV and had a great experience, so when we were ready to move up we went back! Greg Guin was our salesman both times, and he showed us several models and explained the features of each. Our financing took less than 24 hours to obtain and we simply brought in our old RV and traded it with the new. Easy!!! They go over the RV with you and really explain EVERYTHING. How to winterize, de-winterize...everything! This is a TRUE customer service oriented company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More

Scott is very professional, experienced and is a "no pressure kind of guy". He answered all our questions and helped us narrow down the best travel trailer to suit our needs. Arnold Smith in financing got us approved before we even left the dealership. He did a great job when we returned to sign the papers and take delivery. He is very personable and took the time to explain all of the paperwork. The delivery process was seamless. Richard did a great walk thru making sure we understood all the features and how to work each of them. He took his time and made us feel very comfortable getting to know our new RV. Rob in parts helped us pick out some camping essentials. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Overall, I can tell, all of these folks really enjoy their job which makes the buying and taking delivery experience top notch. This is so important whether you are buying a very expensive unit or an entry level unit. They treat the experience and customers all the same. Great Job Team Dodd..... Amazing Customer Service! We stopped at Dodd RV one rainy Saturday just to look. The staff did not pressure us in any way, and were happy to let us explore on our own. When w We stopped at Dodd RV one rainy Saturday just to look. The staff did not pressure us in any way, and were happy to let us explore on our own. When we decided it was time to ask questions, they were right there to help. They listened to what we wanted for our RV, not what they thought we should have. That was VERY refreshing. We ended up buying an RV from Dodd, and I have to say the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Since it was late on a Saturday, we had to wait for the banks to open in order to process our loan. The Finance Manager and our Sales person called us on their days off just to update us and let us know how everything was going. By that Thursday, we had an appointment to come in and sign paperwork to take our RV home. The paperwork was easy to complete, and then we spent a good amount of time learning the ins and outs about our RV. They provided us with great tips about what type of equipment worked best (hoses, hook ups, etc) and also talked about how to make sure we were level at a site and so forth. They also showed us how to pretty much work every button and gadget in our new camper. Our experience was outstanding!!! I feel like Dodd RV welcomed us into their family, and I am VERY glad we stopped in on a rainy day just to look at their inventory. More
