Amazing Customer Service! We stopped at Dodd RV one rainy Saturday just to look. The staff did not pressure us in any way, and were happy to let us explore on our own. When we decided it was time to ask questions, they were right there to help. They listened to what we wanted for our RV, not what they thought we should have. That was VERY refreshing. We ended up buying an RV from Dodd, and I have to say the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Since it was late on a Saturday, we had to wait for the banks to open in order to process our loan. The Finance Manager and our Sales person called us on their days off just to update us and let us know how everything was going. By that Thursday, we had an appointment to come in and sign paperwork to take our RV home. The paperwork was easy to complete, and then we spent a good amount of time learning the ins and outs about our RV. They provided us with great tips about what type of equipment worked best (hoses, hook ups, etc) and also talked about how to make sure we were level at a site and so forth. They also showed us how to pretty much work every button and gadget in our new camper. Our experience was outstanding!!! I feel like Dodd RV welcomed us into their family, and I am VERY glad we stopped in on a rainy day just to look at their inventory. More

Came in for parts - left we new Rockwood Roo 21SS Warm, friendly, informative, and no hard sales here. We have visited both Dodd locations over the years generally, to get parts for our 2003 Star Cra Warm, friendly, informative, and no hard sales here. We have visited both Dodd locations over the years generally, to get parts for our 2003 Star Craft 19.6. This time we walked the lot as we had done the week before at the Portsmouth location. Found the Rockwood Roo 21SS on the lot and took a little tour before we found Tina. From then on what a great experience. She answered every question with a smile, provided us with more information than we could think of at the time. We asked about trading our well loved RV and she walked us through every aspect of the pros and cons. As we spent time with her other members of this team came by to answer any question we might have dealing with our current RV or a newer RV. I would email or text Shane with questions or concerns and he was quick to responded back, and we never felt the "pressure to buy now" like we had at previous places. From the first day on the lot and the final day we picked up the 5th wheel to do the final inspection everyone was helpful, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and offering helpful suggestions. I can honestly say that everyone we met were cheerful, relaxed and made it feel like a great place to work. More
