Came in for parts - left we new Rockwood Roo 21SS Warm, friendly, informative, and no hard sales here. Found the Rockwood Roo 21SS on the lot and took a little tour before we found Tina. From then on what a great experience. She answered every question with a smile, provided us with more information than we could think of at the time. We asked about trading our well loved RV and she walked us through every aspect of the pros and cons. As we spent time with her other members of this team came by to answer any question we might have dealing with our current RV or a newer RV. I would email or text Shane with questions or concerns and he was quick to responded back, and we never felt the "pressure to buy now" like we had at previous places. From the first day on the lot and the final day we picked up the 5th wheel to do the final inspection everyone was helpful, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and offering helpful suggestions.
