Within a day we had a deposit on it and purchased it sight unseen based on all the amazing photos and our experience walking through tons of others RVs on our search. We traded in a Thor Outlaw Toy hauler and there were no games and no haggling. It was just done. The diligence and immediate responses from Greg and the staff made the journey easy. We drove down from CT. Parked in their lot. Were greeted first thing and spent a few hours waiting and doing paper work. DONE. The walk through with GEORGE was perfection. So knowledgeable, honest and sincere. Will do it again someday with DODD, but for now we have our dream RV. More

Friends of mine had talked to Shane Slavnik, so I asked for him. I have been looking at several manufacturers and sizes of coaches. I have considered downsizing from my current B+, and even considered moving up to a larger class C, even a Class A diesel. No matter what question I asked Shane, he either knew the answer or found the answer while I was there. He knew exactly where to go on the computer, or the brochure, to find the answer. I also liked the fact that he stayed on whatever subject/topic I bought up and did not try steer me into another direction. Shane did not try to sell me. Shane did not try to belittle me, nor question my thought process. I appreciated Shane’s knowledge, his willingness to answer all of my questions, and even explore the possibility of ordering exactly what (I think) I want. I left the dealership feeling good about what I had learned, and it was all because of Shane’s professionalism and his attitude. He knows his products and his trade...which is something rare.
