Left in the cold We purchased a brand new travel trailer in February 2016. The unit has had continual issues. It has been back to the manufacture in Indiana. Dodd did handle some issues under warranty, but they were done poorly. We were miss lead by the sales person, then the service manager basically told us if we're not happy go somewhere else. The owner seems not to care, even though we purchased from them because I knew them growing up. We are now dealing with the manufacture on our own. And having to file a lemon law case against the manufacture. It is so disheartening to be left with no support from the deaker with a trailer that is falling apart after 1 year. Thanks for that response. I don't think our expectations were unrealistic. If the work was done correctly another dealer wouldn't be fixing it. Brian Doss was very unprofessional and told us that ithe siding was fix to the best it could be. Which isn't true and now is being corrected. I am just buffled by this response and can almost be assured it was written by Mr. Doss. More

Best RV purchase experience ever! This was our fourth RV purchase so we went in having done tons of research, knowing exactly what we wanted, and prepared for the "battle". Dodd RV, Yo This was our fourth RV purchase so we went in having done tons of research, knowing exactly what we wanted, and prepared for the "battle". Dodd RV, Yorktown was a total and pleasant surprise! Shane appreciated our knowledge/background and listened to what we wanted rather than try to sell us on something else. He did a lot of leg work before the first meeting and had many details worked out upon our arrival. When we arrived, Shane was finishing up with another customer, but Mike took us to the desired RV and spent about 20 minutes to field several questions we had about it. When Shane finished up with the other customer, he had all our paperwork prepared and staged for our review and signatures, which was a blessing due to our hectic schedule. Arnold was also a true blessing by not "selling" anything we didn't desire/discuss with Shane. I suppose Rob normally provides a Part Department walk-through and suggests the essentials to break into the "RV World". When he found out this was our fourth camper and we had all the amenities already, he was gracious enough to allow us to do the talking and had our requested supplies ready by the time we were finished with Arnold. The Lifetime Warranty (on Major Components) is amazing, I'm still trying to wrap my brain around that! Overall, the experience was wonderful, and I never thought I would say that about any dealership (auto, RV, etc)! Every member of the staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful from start to finish. Dodd RV, Yorktown is over an hour drive from my home, but I will go the distance, passing by three RV Centers on the way, to give them my maintenance business. Happy Camping, Robert More
