First day I walked into Dodds RV in Yorktown, I purchased a 21 foot travel trailer in May from Dodd's RV and the following describes my experience. First day I walked into Dodds RV in Yorktown, I was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable in my beginning search for an RV by everyone. Shane Slavin was my Sales Representative. At the time I was not sure of what I needed for my temporary living needs and a novice to rv's but as I build a home, rv living would be perfect and Shane listened to my wish list and was awesome in showing me rvs matching my list. My experience with my Shane Slavin was wonderful from day one. Mike, the Sales Manager was helpful and enjoyed working with him on prices. Arnold explained the financing and paperwork in an well understanding manner. Rob was awesome in working with me on additional items I wanted to purchase through the Dodds Supply Catalog and the walk through with Richard was very informative and a great learning experience on the workings of the RV. Everyone from start to finish made me feel like family, thus there was absolutely no need to visit any other dealership. I didn't and recommend that you only go to Dodd's! Mitzi More

This is our second travel trailer purchased from Dodds and it was an excellent experience the first time around that made Dodds our first choice to purchase this Tracer. We want to thank Shane Slavnik and the service department for taking care of a few small things prior to delivery. We hope to have many great years of worry free camping as we had with our first purchase of our 2002 Rockwood which we used for trade. We also want to thank Greg Guin and Micheil McNeal for getting us out of the pop-ups and into the self contained units. More

Chose to go to Dodd RV after reading their history and mission statements on the website, and their Lifetime Warranty. Right at the start and throughout our experience, they greatly exceeded our high expectations. Was amazed at the amount of time that Greg spent with us talking, explaining to be sure that we picked out the trailer that was right for us... not just to make a sale. We were even given water bottles, fresh coffe and chocolate chip cookies. He, Arnold and Richard (dealt with them the most) made sure we got all our questions answered, understood all explanations, were able to make wise choices. We are retired and want to travel about and see new places and things. We had not done camping like this before. We both had specific concerns about towing and parking the trailer. On delivery day, everyone involved took the time we needed for them to be satisfied we were ready to take our new 'baby' home. Not surprisingly and as promised, Greg took us out to try our skill at driving our truck with trailer and parking the trailer. We headed home with beginning confidence, ready to explore and enjoy a new phase of our lives. More
