Lisa in the warranty dept is amazing! Lisa Wallace in the warranty department is just fantastic! I originally called the parts department to get a price on a part we were having problems Lisa Wallace in the warranty department is just fantastic! I originally called the parts department to get a price on a part we were having problems with. We discovered it was under a recall and they transferred me to Lisa who handled everything with such ease! Within a matter of minutes she had the part ordered, all recall paper work handled and even arranged it so we didn't need to bring the vehicle to the shop! We didn't get one single harassing phone call trying to push us into a sale. We were treated like guests who have bought from them for years. Our salesman, Scott Hudgins, was kind and professional at all times. The gentleman that did the closing paperwork, Arnold Smith, made us feel very comfortable in an often uncomfortable situation. The guy at the parts and service desk, Mike Queen, was super knowledgeable on what we needed and what we really shouldn't bother with. Baine showed us our new camper from top to bottom and was very patient with our newbie questions. Icing on the cake: our salesman called us the next morning to check on us because he knew we were camping the first night be bought it. Dodd RV has a great reputation and I now see why. Bought a used RV and was taken advantage of Lied to us about the condition of the travel trailer we bought. It was covered in black mold which made us ill. 4 days after purchasing it pour rain into the camper that they assured us did not leak. It took 2 weeks of calling before they fixed the seal that was not even attached. hot water heater was not working either and told us to fix it ourselves.. The entire unit has extensive water damage and black mold issues. It's been a month now and no one will return phone calls or emails. They took advantage of first time buyers and have no remorse. We now have an over priced camper in poor condition that is in need of gutting and renovations before we can use it or sell it. Horrible business! Considering talking to an attorney! More
