I received prompt, on-time service and the repair was taken care of while I waited in their customer lounge. Mr Joey Lawrence took time to explain how the repair was completed and answered many questions I had about the use and maintenance of the Onan generator. This employee takes his time to assure that I understand the issues at hand. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to have my RV serviced at Dodd RV. More

Excellent customer satisfaction This is the second camper I have purchased from Dodd Rv in Yorktown. The service of the sales team exceptional! I met with Mike the sales manager and This is the second camper I have purchased from Dodd Rv in Yorktown. The service of the sales team exceptional! I met with Mike the sales manager and Greg the salesman at the rv show in Hampton. We liked a model that was on the floor. We explained that our daughter was getting married and we needed to wait until after the wedding to follow up. Greg called after the wedding date to follow up, we did some negotiations over the phone and I came in to pick up the camper a few days later. Arnold the finance manager was able to get me a better rate than my credit union. Since I work late in the afternoon everyone stayed late to make sure my transaction went smoothly. The owner Jamie Dodd even came in and checked on me multiple times. I had a few minor issues with the camper and the service manager Joey stayed to make sure everything was right before I pulled it off the lot. After my first outing I called to ask a question about my water heater and Joey called me back before he left for the day and fixed the issue over the phone. I will definitely look at Dodd first when we decide to make the next move to a fifth wheel or a motor home. More

Everyone was pleasant and courteous and the scheduled This morning I took my 2014 Winnebago TREND to Dodd RV in Yorktown, VA to have it de-winterized. Everyone was pleasant and courteous and the scheduled service was completed on time and promptly. Before leaving I asked Joey Lawrence if he had a few minutes to answer questions I had about the Onan generator on board my RV. He accompanied me to my RV (in the rain) and demonstrated how to start the generator, and explained its use and maintenance. He stayed with me until I understood how to use the generator, and under what conditions. He was so patient and pleasant and I learned more in that one conversation than I have ever learned from other RV employees and techs. He scheduled two maintenance prior to my leaving. It was such a positivr experience and I told him I would be back for future service. More
