He showed us what we wanted to see and answered all of our questions. If he didn't know the answer he said, "I don't know", and then found the answer! I've never heard a salesman admit they didn't know the answer. This just shows you they are honest! We signed on the dotted line with Arnold from finance. He was nothing but friendly and honest the entire time. He disclosed EVERYTHING! I never felt pressured or as though I was being taken advantage of. There were no added fees, costs, or questionable math. His numbers matched my numbers as we went through the process. Upon taking delivery we were told of some discrepancies the coach already had. Parts were already on order and would be installed the following week. This is not a fault of the dealership, but rather the RV industry's philosophy of quantity over quality. Dodd's honesty at disclosing these discrepancies before we took delivery was very much appreciated. They even went as far as to throw some cold sodas in the fridge for us! :) Ricky from service did our walkthrough with us. We are prior motorhome owners but he "taught" us as though we were brand new motorhome owners; which is important because every coach is different. Ricky was very polite and knowledgeable, although I did find that his instructions were incorrect with regard to several convenience functions in the coach. Additionally, there were a few items that we did not see during our walkthrough and which he did not mention. We understand it's hard to keep up with all the features of each type of motorhome/camper configuration, but maybe a model-specific cheat-sheet should be used to ensure ALL the features and functions of that model are explained. This is especially important for folks brand new to the RV lifestyle. Overall we think Dodd RV is an outstanding dealership and recommend them to everyone. We will be back when it's time to trade up!! More

I told him what I was looking for and the price I want to pay. He said right up front he could help me. Greg listen to ever word I had to say. He took me out to his lot and showed me a 2015 Sandibel 3901. It was everything I was looking for. It was perfect. He did not do any high press selling. Mr.Arnold then came out and introduced him self. He was great with seeing the we were being treated and showen around and the dealership. Greg and Mr Arnold worked on the sale of this Sandibel 3901 as well as our trade in and make this deal happen. These two guys are the best and greatest. Then Pete came alone and took us to our new fifthwheel. Very smart and knows his RV's from front to back and inside out. He showed us everything we needed to know about our new Sandibel 3901. He answered every question we had. Very very good and great teacher of our new RV. Then there was Cindie parts department. Very sweet nice lady. She show us her parts department and gave us tips on what we need for our new fifth wheel. As for all the employees at Dodd everyone spoke and made us feel very welcome this their dealership. Scott took the time to listen to our concerns and what we were looking for and showed us the best ones to fit our needs. He answered all our questions honestly and made sure we understood everything. We never felt rushed and they all spent all the time we needed to choose the best fit for us. Arnold explained all the contract, service plans and everything with great detail and answered all our financing questions. Jene in parts helped us get what we needed to get started and Mike spent over 2 hours on our walk-through showing us everything and giving us all the tips and advice we could ask for to set us up for success. A first rate company that we will continue to deal with in the future for all our RV needs. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or just looking for the first time, they will go out of the way to make you feel welcome and like you matter. More

3rd time buyer! This is our 3rd time buying from Dodd. Scott Hudgins has been ours salesman for all 3 purchases. Each time we go there we get treated as if we're buying the most expensive unit they have. Everyone we dealt with treated us with utmost respect and offered any assistance we might need. We bought a used unit this time and they cleaned it from top to bottom, painted all exterior bumpers etc, got it inspected for us, filled the propane tanks and put on 3 new tires. We've been to other dealers but never get the service that we do from Dodd. They really work as a team from sales to closer to the parts department. They all do their part and we are very appreciative of them. More

Great Service Manager My children and I were traveling cross country while my husband who is in the military was deployed overseas. We were visiting my father and were located near Dodd's Yorktown store for a few weeks. I was experiencing some issues with our propane and I called to make an appointment. Joey informed me they had about a month long wait for service appointments but that he wanted to us to come in immediately. We came up and he looked over our entire system giving us pointers along the way. He told us he wouldn't be able to sleep at night sending me and the kids back on the road thinking we had a dangerous gas leak. I was so impressed that he took time out of his very busy day and got us in right away to make sure my children and I were safe. He also thanked us for the sacrifice our family makes while my husband is serving overseas. It was such a pleasure to experience that type of kindness. You can tell this company hires good people and I highly recommend them to anyone who has RV needs. Thanks again for your "above and beyond" customer service! More
