I was greeted pleasantly in the service center on the day of my appointment. I explained why I was there, including having them address a recall notice I received on my RAM truck. I was offered a shuttle rid of my appointment. I explained why I was there, including having them address a recall notice I received on my RAM truck. I was offered a shuttle ride, but did not need one that day. I received a call when my truck step and splash guards were installed and Jerry explained that there was no recall on my particular truck so I was good to go! My truck looks good! More

This has been my service center of choice since my first Ram 1500 in 2014. The staff has always been easy to work with and the quality of service has always been excellent. My last trip to the service cente Ram 1500 in 2014. The staff has always been easy to work with and the quality of service has always been excellent. My last trip to the service center was no exception. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the truck was returned to me freshly washed.
