The recall issue required a 2-3 hour reprogramming (download) of software to fix a control computer program function. As always, the Dolan team did a great job at getting me in and out of the shop with absolutely minimal effort on my part, a full tank of gas and car wash as part of recall service policy and a loaner car for transportation use while mine was in the shop. My service manager promptly called me in the earlier afternoon to tell me the car was ready to go. Super service. More

I had been sourcing a shop to partner with in the care of my vehicle but had yet to find someone I felt comfortable with... and then... bam! The dreaded check engine light appeared! I didn’t mention I drive a 2002 ES 300 with 218,000 miles... a true work horse! So yes, I am a tad over- protective;) A wary phone call to Dolan Lexus landed me in Jackie Holland’s care! How fortunate is that?! She’s a gem!! She communicates with you, updates you on status, explains issues and makes sure everything is being handled smoothly. It looks (based on my RO) like Bryan was my rock star tech... I thank him for his expertise and hope to connect with this team again if my car falls ‘out of step’ again... One last note, thank you for the generous use of a loaner while my car was being fixed. It was a great feeling to smoothly return to my daily routine/ work without skipping a beat or having to add the additional cost of a rental. Very much appreciated! More
