We signed a few pieces of paperwork between 4 and 4"30 pm and then sat there for hours and we did not leave there until 7 I felt that that was inconsiderate of our time and poor customer service but if you want to buy a Lexus at a dealership this is the place to go I have always disagreed with the documentation fee that the dealerships charg in Nevada I come from California and yes we do regulate that but I feel that Nevada's is excessive and then to turn around and see the 189 dollars for Theft Protection sticker not sure what else that does other than possibly acting as a deterrent from what I could see.for189 bucks. More

On Friday we discovered that two of the features we thought were included with the car were m We purchased a new Lexus from Dolan Thursday afternoon. On Friday we discovered that two of the features we thought were included with the car were missing. We returned Friday afternoon and spoke with sales manager Ashton Carroll. His first words were “we will fix this problem”, and he did. Within an hour and a half he found the exact car we wanted from another dealership, arranged to acquire it for us, and had all the paperwork done.
