I was really nervous going in to buy a new car and Frank made it a very comfortable no pressure sale. He took his time to answer my questions and to explain anything I wasn't understanding. Beth Pollard is a fantastic sales woman. She is honest and forthright and got me the best deal my credit score and payments would allow. I would recommend her to anyone. What really sealed the deal for me was Justin Longtin. Justin went on a test drive with me and showed me every feature the vehicle has and how to use it. He programmed my phone to the bluetooth and also my radio stations. So now I'm hands free when using the bluetooth option which came with my vehicle. Justin has called me a few times just to make sure I am happy with my vehicle and if I had any questions. gave me his cell number and told me to call him if I ever had any issues or questions that he could help me out with. Justin is a very bright knowledgeable up and coming star at Toyota and is a great asset to your team. Thank You Reno Toyota for having such awesome people who put the customers first. Hadie Itani was untruthful, ignorant, and rude. He began by lying when he assured us that Reno Toyota was a member of the USAA buying program, a program serving current and former military families, Reno To by lying when he assured us that Reno Toyota was a member of the USAA buying program, a program serving current and former military families, Reno Toyota is not a member. He then assured us that 4-Runners never came with heated outside mirrors, they do. Finally he, with a red face and angry expression and in a raised voice, stated that we (the buyers) HAD to respect him and his time. Mark and Juan saved this sale. Any commission accrued should go to them and not to Hadie Itani. We are 4-time Dolan Group customers, we love the cars and generally love the staff. However Hadie Itani made this the most unpleasant buying experience we have ever had. My advice to any customer, ask for a different salesperson if you have the misfortune to get Hadie Itani, either through the Internet or as a walk-in, demand another salesperson. Hadie Itani does not represent the Dolan Group or the Toyota service standard. More

I inquired about a vehicle online and got an email online saying I was assigned to Connor O'Day. The online response and Connor's immediate follow-up got me into Reno Toyota first. Several other dealers were saying I was assigned to Connor O'Day. The online response and Connor's immediate follow-up got me into Reno Toyota first. Several other dealers were slower and, as a result, missed out on the sale. I met with Connor and he did a good job. He listened to what I wanted, showed me the options and was very helpful. I also worked with Brady Dolan and Chris Clark in making the deal. I am impressed that a member of the Dolan family was involved in my used car deal (which was on the lower end of what they sell) and I was glad I was supporting a local dealer with roots in the community. Chris was the finance guy and I appreciated his approach and sense of humor. Usually, I hate the finance guy on numerous levels, but Chris was great. The car I bought had just been traded in so they still had to check it out and service it. I was told this would take about a week. Connor was very good with updating me on it's progress and even offered to pick me up if I needed a ride to come get the car when it was ready. I felt that Connor's customer service was excellent. I like the atmosphere of the dealership. The salespeople are friendly to each other and each other's customer. My 'deal' was made at a desk out in the open which made it feel less high pressure. My car was ready a day earlier than I expected. The only thing I didn't like was there were some scratches that I thought they were going to touch up that I was told wasn't part of the deal. When I first looked at their website they had a promotion for a $25 gift card if you came in for an appointment. I didn't get that because I forgot the coupon when I mentioned it. I had to put the scratches in perspective because, after all, I was buying a USED car so wear is too be expected. It was a 2005 with only 41,000 miles so what's a scratch or two? On the flipside, they did give me free oil changes for a year, free roadside assistance, and a key chain that is nicer than the usual plastic thing with the dealer's name that you get from other places. I think this is standard for them and I appreciated it. The last time I bought a used car at another dealer the only extra I got was attitude from the finance guy and a plastic key fob. When I trade in my other car for a new one in a few years, I will definitely give Connor and Reno Toyota a call. I think it is important to support local businesses, and Reno Toyota has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. More
