I did a lot on the computer with Hadi first. I told him what I wanted and asked for estimate on my trade in. He found what I wanted, we went in I saw my SUV and the rest flew by!!! This purchase was completed mostly by email. It involved my twin daughters, their Grand Parents and myself. The vehicle price was agreed upon via email. Communication with staff was timely, clear and straight forward. We were notified of the vehicles arrival again by email. All five of us arrived at the dealership, the staff did not seem the least bit worried. The car was ready and my daughters test drove it. Beth Pollard was great, letting both of them test drive it, explaining everything to them which sometimes required three heads to be in the front seats simultaneously. The paper work was fast and seamless, even when I had to have my insurance company fax over the proof of insurance. I had the service department cut and program a spare key, so Beth made sure to introduce bot my daughters and myself to our new service adviser. This is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Reno Toyota sense 2008. The experience has once again been outstanding. We have and will continue to recommend Reno Toyota to our friends and family. GREAT JOB!! More

From the beginning he was honest and up front with me about the vehicle I was test driving and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. I appreciated that Michael wasn't like your typical car dealer and never pressured me into a purchase. He simply took the numbers that I was comfortable with and we were able to make a deal. It was a very smooth process from test drive to purchase not to mention I got a great price on the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend Reno Toyota to any and all looking for a vehicle. More
I originally contacted Reno Toyota looking for a new Matrix through the Costco auto program. Beth Pollard was the designated Costco sales person. Reno Toyota had no Matrix in stock, and couldn't locate Matrix through the Costco auto program. Beth Pollard was the designated Costco sales person. Reno Toyota had no Matrix in stock, and couldn't locate a car with exactly the options I wanted. So, no sale. However, the next week a used Matrix with very close to the options I wanted arrived at the dealer and Beth called me, asking if a certified used car was acceptable. I said yes and we setup an appointment to see the car. I looked at it, and the proceeded to have a over 1 hour haggle with Beth about the price. I didn't really need all that time, but Beth is an attractive young lady and quite fun to talk to, so I haggled for a while and ended up buying the car for less than I actually was willing to pay. Her asstant Chase actually delivered the car (with a FULL TANK OF GAS!!) to my home for me. You really can't ask for better service than that! Richard Gardner, the finance manager was quite professional and knows his job well, but be warned he will try to upsell an extended warrenty. Just be firm when you say no. More

I went there to trade in my Jeep Liberty 2004 for a Toyota Venza. I have been looking at this model for the last 2 years. I had lunch with a friend a couple of weeks ago and she had just purchased a new venza and when I looked at her's I knew it was time for me to get one. I went through Costco and was contacted by Beth Pollard with in a few hours of making the request. I told her I would call and make an appointment when I got my errands completed. Well that was Friday, June 12. Beth and Chaz took me out and showed me the different models and told me the price. At the end I choose my model and things moved forward. Both Beth and Chaz were very friendly and professional. Very good experience. I love my new Venza. I expect to have that feeling for quite a few years. Thanks to the Dolan family for employeeing great employees. Also Chris Clark made the paper work a breeze. We bought a new 2012 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership. We used the internet option from their website and got a great price. The salesman, Mike Wood, was very friendly and not pushy. I was referred to this dealership through Costco Auto Program and Beth was in contact within me within matter of hours. We had gone to GMC/ Buick dealership and when we walked in a late Monday afternoon there were no plans to make a purchase that day. We simply wanted to find out how the Toyota Highlander rides and also to find out what I could get for my trade in. Not only I was able to get the KBB trade in value for my car thanks to Beth going the extra mile but also we walked away with a great Toyota Highlander that have fallen love with. After I decided to make the purchase I wanted Beth to run the numbers for a lease on the same car which she did without pushing back. She wanted to make sure it was my decision and by providing all the facts. Her assistant Chase was very helpful through out the process from the test drive to preparing the car for delivery. Richard the Finance Manager was very accommodating and staying late without complaining to help us complete the transaction. He thoroughly went through the documents and help us get an extended warranty that suited us well at cost. All in all fastest, smoothest, most professional and no hassle car transaction I have done in more than 12 car transactions. I would highly recommend this dealership where you will find the best car experience in getting a TOYOTA!! More
