I was at the dealership to return my leased vehicle. Adam approached me and helped me from the beginning to the end of this process. He was friendly and very helpful. Mike went through the pricing, accessories and warranty details with us thoroughly and we left the dealership a couple of hours later with a new pick up. Mike also introduced us to various personnel throughout the facility (parts, service and finance) as well as showing us the facility's service bays. This is a very clean and organized facility with highly supportive people that showed us a level of customer service that all customers desire. WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! NOTHING they alowed me to make payments to them on a 2100$ transmission of 190$ a month raising a high 332$ car payment meaning im paying 522$ a month for a USED car that still will have these problems after this. like a bad tire and leaking fuel pressure im not even gonna bother asking them for help on those though. it took them a month to even get them to start touching my transmission and agreeing to do anything at all. DANGEROUS!!!!! More
