I was sold a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with a patched tire on it. I asked two different people at the dealership through an email and a letter if I could get the tire replaced. So I asked my salesman, Hadie Itani, if he could help me get an answer to my request and he was more than helpful! He arranged for the tire to be replaced.
