My fiancé and I planned to go back out car shopping yesterday (10/12) but we were just going to look around again until I decided what I really wanted. We happened to get a text from Kris about a few cars he thought I would like, then he suggested we look through the inventory. I found a car I liked but it was at Dolan RAM. Kris said no problem and went over there to get it for me to test drive. I immediately fell in love with the car and took it for a test drive. Once we got back we started the process and Kris made it as easy as possible! One of the best car buying experiences! More

This was the second time I had a service appointment the they could not honor. This last time I had an appointment to get an oil change at 2:45. When I got there I was told it was going to take 3 hours ( wh they could not honor. This last time I had an appointment to get an oil change at 2:45. When I got there I was told it was going to take 3 hours ( which it did). First I was told that they took to many walk ins and for some reason those people got priority. After complaining I was told they were short staffed. Later after walking around back I spoke to a mechanic who told me there always short staffed and on this particular day seven people called in sick. Finally after speaking to the service rep for the 10th time he came clean and told me the same thing the mechanic did. It took almost 3 1/2 hours to get an oil change.. I am giving 2 stars only because the service rep was so apologetic, and said I could come in for free car washes. God only knows how long that would take. The least they could of done is called before I left work. More
