Absolutely no pressure whatsoever during my time with him. After my mind was made up directed to Jairo Vega in finance. One heck of a great time dealing with him. ALL questions answered and I really feel he went out of if way to get my payment and vehicle protection where I wanted it. Casey thank you for your final initials to ok THIS deal. Let me also add that Philip went out of his way in helping me get my rental car turned in as well as final banking “on a Saturday “ so I could end my part of the deal. These details do not go unnoticed and I know this is way Dolan Toyota is a very successful dealership. When they say “ get in and join the family” it’s just not small talk. No stress car shopping I started viewing vehicles online and found one of interest. I inquired with the dealership and was contacted by Maya and Kris. They were very helpful, answered my questions and suggested I come to Reno to test drive the Tundra I had my eye on. Upon arrival, Kris met me in the parking lot and began, in a very low key manner to introduce me to the vehicle. The entire process was very relaxed and completed in a timely manner. My Sixth New Toyota/Lexus Purchase My wife and I have been buying new Toyota and Lexus products from the Dolan Family since 1998. Recently, I decided to downsize from my '17 Toyota Tun My wife and I have been buying new Toyota and Lexus products from the Dolan Family since 1998. Recently, I decided to downsize from my '17 Toyota Tundra Limited to a '20 Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO because Toyota was finally offering an electrically adjustable driver's seat AND LED Headlights. The older I get, the more that comfort is important to me, and my old eyes LOVE the new LED lights. Everyone I interacted with at Dolan Toyota was on top of their game, easy to work with, and really made my buying experience simple and stress free. I know, hard to believe for a car dealer, right? A big shout out (and thank you) to Jeremy Sinner ( a rock star), plus Brandon and Chris (Dr Chow) in customer sales. They went above and beyone to treat me well, and then some! I got my new TRD PRO yesterday in the new Army Green color, and love, love, love it! More
